"I received excellent customer service today from Laura McIntosh. I had some hail damage to my auto glass and the repair center that I had contracted to do the repair said the part was no longer available after I had already waited almost a month. Laura was able to quickly direct me to another local business who could accommodate me, source the part, and quickly schedule service! I am now on track to have my vehicle repaired and am very satisfied with the service I received from Laura. I am a long-term customer of Arron Perrys State Farm agency and have always felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Today was a great reminder of why I choose the agency to represent my home and automotive insurance needs."
